(hereinafter referred to as Senton, we, our or us) and shall govern the use of our products and services and its subscriptions, such as Senton Notes and Senton Webhost. Access and /or usage of our platform implies adherence to these Terms. In case you disagree, we ask you not to utilize our services.

About Senton VPN

Senton started in the year 2013 as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company and goes under the name of Senton IT Services L.L.C is headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We are experts in productivity and hosting tools, which are based upon privacy, performance, security. Senton Notes secure note taking application and Senton Webhost reliable and fast hosting service of personal and small business web sites are among our current services.

Eligibility

Our services are only accessible to persons of 18 years or the age of maturity in their respective jurisdictions. The fact that you are registering and using Senton means that you comply with this eligibility requirement.

Account Registration and Security

Users have to register and provide correct and up to date information to access our services. You are born with the responsibility to keep your confidential information about your account. It is your responsibility to make any activity you wish to make using your account. In case you feel that someone compromised your account, please alert us.

Use of Services

Senton Notes

• Senton Notes helps you to develop, save and organize personal or professional notes in a secure and encrypted setting.
• You should not use Senton Notes to:
• Violates any due laws or regulations
• Share toxic, abusive or unlawful material
• Violate intellectual property, or an individual right to privacy
• Implement malware or make unauthorized access into our systems

Senton Webhost

• Senton Webhost provides free SSL certificates, and tools such as one-click CMS installation, hosting services.You will not:
• Accommodate illicit or bad content
• Engage in phishing, spam or fraud using the hosting service
• Use more resource than what is planned
• Cripple/ flood Senton infrastructure
• You agree to indemnify us of all liabilities, known or unknown, arising to any claims of damages that you or your agent may have against us as a result of the breach of any one of these conditions.

Payment and Subscription

• Other Senton services charge subscriptions. Calculation of Prices Via taking a subscription plan on a paid basis, you accept the prices published on our website and allow payment through our third-party payment services providers.
• Your complete card details are not stored.
• The fees used to cover subscriptions do not give entitlement to refunds unless they would be necessitated by law or otherwise.
• It can even offer trial subscriptions and convert them into paid subscriptions unless it is cancelled within the trial period.

Privacy

It is your privacy. The data that you provide is collected, augmented and used as is described in our Privacy Policy. This is by employing our services whereby you accept such practices.

Intellectual Property

The text, software and wherever applicable trademarks of Senton shall be owned or licensed by us, and are subject to IP laws. Certainly, you cannot copy, edit, distribute or reuse any content with our written permission.

Service Availability and Modifications

We do our best to maintain our services however we cannot ensure the uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notifying you in advance even in cases of technical updates, change of features or increasing performance.

Limitation of Liability

• In as far as the law permits, Senton and its affiliates shall not be liable to:
• Remotes, incidental or consequential damages
• Corruption or loss of data, or loss of service or improper behavior of a third party
• We will be liable to the value of the 12 months gross payments you have paid us before the claim.

Termination

We tend to suspend or end your service to our services without prior notice in case you violate these Terms or abuse the platform. On termination, you immediately lose your rights to use our services.

User Content

In case you make any feedback, recommendations or any other content, you are granting a non-exclusive, free of charge license to use, reproduce, or amend such content to Senton. You certify that the presented work does not violate any legislation or other person rights.

Indemnification

You accept to hold harmless the Senton, its affiliates, and staff against any claims, liabilities, damages or expense incurred by or attributed to your use of the services, your materials, or against you in violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Everything in these Terms is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and not to the laws of any other region, even the laws of conflict.

Any disagreements will be attempted to be settled through friendly terms and when they fail they will be referred to the courts of UAE in Dubai.

Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms to which we are entitled to occasionally. We will also inform you using your email address or alert over the site in case there is a major change. By clicking the button marked with the Term, you confirm that you agree to the modified Terms.
